Fill out the form

Check your email for an Invoice.

Once the invoice is paid you will get another email with the course information and the observation log.

Gather the necessary documentation to purchase the permit:  Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Photo ID, and Verification of Compliance:  This form is available at your school.

Purchase the permit from the driver's license office.  They will give you a receipt with the permit number on it and mail the original to me.  

Email, or text me a copy of the receipt showing the purchase of the permit (an invitation to the online course will be sent after the purchase of the permit).

Complete the online class and log the 6 hours of observing your parents driving.

Once you have passed the online class and completed your observation time contact me to schedule your behind the wheel lessons.
